• Lost package: if tracking stalls or your parcel never arrives, we send a replacement at no extra cost.
• Stolen package: porch pirate got there first? We reship your order free.
• Damaged in transit: if it arrives damaged, we replace it.
• Easy claims: just email us your order number within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
